I have been training with Liz for a year. Not only I feel better physically and emotionally, I have also lost weight and seen visible results within months of training.
Liz made me at ease immediately. She was also able to adjust to my difficult schedule. Most of all she makes me feel stronger and asks hard work from me that I didn’t know I was capable of doing.
I was always a bit afraid of having someone shouting at me in the gym, so when I took the plunge to get a personal trainer I was nervous.
Liz motivated me with her sense of humour and her determination to succeed, and made every session fun. She made me work so hard and without realising it I reached goals that I never thought were possible.
My main aims were to lose a bit of weight, build some muscle and just get stronger and fitter in general. I think we managed to achieve all of my targets to varying degrees... I think the best thing that I took away from training with Liz, apart from advice and tips, was to have training plans that I can now use in the gym by myself. I took a lot away from our sessions and she really helped me to build up a good confidence on the gym floor! I would highly recommend Liz she is very professional and great fun to workout with!
I had got bored of running, and tired of making slow progress in the gym so decided to get a personal trainer to help me get stronger. I was really nervous about this; whether I would be fit enough to make it through a session, and how I would feel about working one to one with someone - I had assumed a PT would just shout at you.
However, I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have made. It is a real pleasure working with Liz; she has taken the time to get to know me and what I want to achieve, and has pushed me to achieve what I didn’t think possible. She’s supportive, motivating and works hard to create workouts which are tailored to your needs. I have made more progress in just a few weeks working with Liz than I did for years under my own steam - and I feel so much more confident about myself and my abilities as a result.
Getting a PT is an investment, of course, but it is exceptional value for money. And if you’re reading a testimonial then it’s something you’re considering... so I can only encourage you to take the next step, you won’t regret it!
